Though journalism team, DMC students, has finished the intership at KYSD, but they still have good relationship to each other...

This is the second time that journalism team, DMC students, to be at Khmer Youth Social and Development Organization (KYSD) as well as to recieve a recomendation letter from UN in the effort of helping to organize "Youth Climate Change".

During the internship at KYSD, Journalism students fulfilled many programmes in the concern of youth issue in the present. They also had some achievements regarding with environment, youth's education, coordinated the programme, wrting newsletter, field trip research and education to people in the area. The speciall thing is that KYSD org. arrange all thoes to participate in the youth forum on topic of "Climate Change". There are 12 of them joined that occassion.

Today, 29th March 2009, all the 12 people come to recieve their achievement. They are all happy and enjoy during that occassion very much. They are very joyful with the song they composed and sing by themself. Anyway, Samdech Sirivuth King Consutation who joined on that day admire them that they sing gracefully with ideal.

All of these achivement make them more chance in the society and enhance them more and more to work harder to bring some more success for their study. However, they determind to something new and spread in order to help the youth. This is a very important quot which they are bare in mind "Those who are free of resenful thought surely find peace."

Within a couple of years Eva Rode is a lecturer at DMC and she helps every of her students to become good student. She also provides students with high understanding of journalism that make all of those can work indoor or outdoor quite well. And today Eva Rode is saying goodbye to everybody because she has already completed her task to fulfill within DMC.

All the students as well as the department of media and communication on the 22nd March, 2009 hold a farewell party for her. This special day dedicate to her as well for khmer new year which is soon coming in short time. This is the second party which the student hold during this year. As a result, students has done one successfull party on the internation new year 2009.

However, all the students still remember what they did last year when Isabel one another lecturer who left this department. She also give a great apportunity for everyone and the school. All the students never ever wishe to miss any lecturer. Today Eva Rode leaves and on other day must be Caroline in the future. To reflect with the effort of Eva, all students proof lots of achievments up to the present.

To us as year II students even we never learn with her or other lecturer, all of us still quite need them. However, all the students are happy to see their lecturer's achievments. In addition to these, the whole party was very happy and everyone enjoyed in this occassion very much.

Students at the DMC always celebrate an anually party especially during the late of the year. As well this year, year 3 students propost idea to have a party in occassion to welcome the new generation students and to strenthen the relationshiop for all years students.

This year party is different from the last few years because the students always contribute the money to hold the party. However, this year the year 3 students suggested some supporting from the school. Luckily, Eva and Victoria support all expanse during the celebration.

All generations joined the party except some students and year 4 student because they are busy with their project. Anway, the view on that day was very nice and exciting. All friends ate completely full and got many things left. All food, fruit, beverage were very nice and delicious.

This year is said to be very happier than the past especially there were lots of students joined and played many different game. Sound of cheering, crying, laughing made everyone more happy and happy. What a speciall thing is that this year Karaoke was served and everyone enjoyed singing the song. In addition, dancing was one popular activities during that day.

The party ended at around 8 and 9 PM. All students planned to have such a great party like this which it will be held during Khmer New Year day in the a few months ahead. Noticed that this was a great success party and very happy. However, all the students wish to have the present of all years students to join altogether.

Sister Phally's Wedding Not Yet Phally

Recently, a few months ago there was one wedding celebrated at Kampong Thom province. It was a nice time when everyone thought to be Sokun's wedding. Meanwhile she gave the wedding invitation to her friends and she confused her friends. In fact, it was her sister wedding then everyone cheer up on that occassion.

Similarly, there was another surprising thing occured when everyone said, "Phally will enter the wedding hall in couple of day during December 2008."

Everyone got a shock hearing whether it was true or not. Then she came to the class along with a plastic bag embaded inside looked like the invitation cards. It was true that it was the wedding which it would be held in 28 December 2008.

"I would appreciate to invite you to participate in the wedding ceremony," said Phally when she gave the invitation to her friends. She added that, "please join altogether on that day."

"Hey friend! I can not believe why are you so quick to marry," Phally's friends asked. They continued that, "we have just known each other for a few years and you do not have any pitty on any men."

''No no...not yet. Who dare?!,'' phally laughed. "In fact it is my sister's wedding; not mind and please do not confuse me," phally expressed smiling and laughing to everyone.

She stated that, "Again and again it is my sister wedding so enjoy altogether soon at the wedding party."

On the day of the wedding party, everyone joined and kept smiling and laughing. All these expressed one more best relationship as well as we are friends who are studing at DMC.

A Breaking after Working as a Reporter

It was nearly the who evening that five of us spent time to cover the news reporting on the topic to "Khmer Traditional Medicine". We went to interview one guy who is famous with his medicine which everyone always go to meet when they have problem. After work Manika and Sokun asked to Sriya Supper Market to buy something and also eat something too.

When arrived at Soriya Market, Sokun and Molika went around the CD store. Other also walked down bake up and forward while waiting them to buy the CD. Sotheouth said that Sokun acted like a kide to CD cartoon to watch then everyone laughed.

After buying the CD and went seeing all the product all of us relaxed at the sit. We also found something to eat. We were all exhuausted nearly the evening so when the we ordered food everyone ate and cheer very cheerful. And we took some photos and talked a little bit about this and that. On that evenin we were going to see our lecturer printing house. Last of all, we were hurry to come back to school to meet everyone and then we go the printing house.

New year, new day bring all of us the luck to study with Lecturer Pen Samitty, copy editor in-chief of Raksmey Kampuchea Newspaper. Being with him he provide us more understanding with journalism field. To be close to each other, he held one party at Guita Damour Restaurant on the new year day for 2009.

All of us felt very happy to enjoy this occassion with him. We appointed to arrive the place around 6, but on that day the traffic was so busy. It because we held on the the 25th, Chrismas Day, when lots of people also celebrate their own party with family or friends in the different places. Happily at the Guita Damour, a nice place to be happy, while everyone was waiting for the other come the god wished us by giving a cold rain around ten minutes. Some got wet and other dry. However, our lecturer decided to move the place where we sit to the upstair.

After that, we took some phots with our lecturer and friends. The scense of the party was very lively and very happy for everyone. Sound of crying, cheering, wishing heard in the restaurant at that time. We did have a very delicious food altogether. Every facial expression of everyone embeded with smiling, laughing, and satifaction. While we were eating, we also had some jokings, songs along with which made that opportunity more and more joyful. We also enjoy the TV which was screening Khmer Rock Opera show on CTN. We did enjoy with our lecturer and this was the first time we could have time with him.

We also sang a wishing song for him and gave a portrait photo to keep as a sovenire between students and lecturer. Everything went very well on that night. We were full and happy. We would like to have this opportunity again next year with him. We wish we could sang a song but we could not. It because we were upstair. All in all we left there around 9 or 10pm. We all felt never forget this great great time with lecturer Pen Samitty. A party on that day also bring us more relationship to each other more and more to work on well altogether. We determined to have a good coperation and helped each other all the time.
